Yes, the Letzipark bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. The Kappeli tram stop is a 4-minute walk away.
Yes, we are accessible without barriers during the Letzipark shopping center’s opening hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Outside these opening hours—including on Sundays—we can only be reached via the external staircase (60 steps).
At Genzone VR, spectating is permitted, whereas at TrueVR, staying in the game arena is not allowed.
