How do I book a VR session in Bern?

Use the "Book in Bern" button on this page. Pick your date, time and number of players. You'll receive a confirmation email within minutes. You can also call us on +41 44 123 45 67.

What is the minimum age to play?

Genzone controller VR is open from age 7.
TrueVR full-body is recommended from age 12.

We can adapt experiences for younger players in supervised group bookings.

How many players can participate?

TrueVR Full-Body fits up to 10 players in the same game.
Genzone in Zürich fits up to 4 players.
For larger groups we run back-to-back sessions.

Yes — group, event and corporate bookings can be arranged from 9:00 AM. Get in touch and we’ll work around your schedule.

Is parking available at Fusion Arena Zürich?

Yes — underground parking is available with entrance via Holstrasse. The arena is also a 2-minute walk from Holstrasse tram stop.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes — our entrance has an elevator and the arena floor is fully accessible. Some games are seated-friendly; we’ll happily recommend the best fit when you arrive.

Can spectators watch the games?

Yes — there’s a comfortable lounge area with screens that mirror what each player sees in VR. Spectating is free.

What payment methods do you accept?

Online: Twint, all major credit cards. In person: Twint, cards and cash. Vouchers are redeemable for any session or package.
