Company Holidays
We are closed on December 24, 25, and 31, as well as January 1 each year for company holidays.
Your event outside regular opening hours
We accept group, event, and corporate bookings from Monday to Sunday starting at 9:00 AM.
Wheelchair Accessibility
Due to ongoing renovation work at Letzipark, advance notice is currently required so we can use the elevator.

New entrance due to shopping center renovation
Due to renovation work, please use our temporary entrance via the stairs near the bus stop Letzipark/McDonald’s (approx. 60 steps).

Parking
Parking is free for the first 3 hours (Mon–Sat, 9:00 AM–8:00 PM). Parking fees apply on Sundays and evenings, as well as outside these hours.
